I remember taking a basic bread recipe, forming the dough into smallish balls, placing them into a 9" pan and making some very nice dinner rolls. It is nice to make food that doesn't have an entire chemistry set dumped into it. <br /><br />Sounds like you're enjoying what you're doing!
